L'hôtel propose 142 chambres spacieuses (Classic et Executive), un restaurant Le Chalet d'Odin, un bar Stefany's, des salles de conférences et banquets et un centre de fitness et un parking souterrain.

The Bristol Stephanie Hotel Brussels boasts 142 of the largest bedrooms in Brussels, combining elegance with spacious comfort. Our hotel offers two types of totally renovated rooms : 59 "Classic" or standard rooms, 80 "Executive" or deluxe rooms and 3 Suites.

Suites have been decorated in a traditional Norwegian style, including one with a private sauna.

There are 92 non smoking rooms, 36 rooms with wooden floor (anti-allergic), 16 rooms with kitchenette and 18 rooms with connecting doors.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser-press, iron and ironing board, cable and satellite TV with an interactive system (Internet Acces and in-house video), minibar & telephones (with modem, voice-mail, fax plugs). The spacious bathrooms (separate toilet) are equipped with a hair-dryer and a telephone.

Book an Executive room to benefit from : a larger room, an extra telephone, a bathroom with separate bath and shower, bathrobe and slippers, free newspaper, turn-down service, free parking, free high speed Internet access, one free pay-tv film, one free drink offered in the bar, late check-out allowed until 16h00 and early check-in allowed as of 8h00

In our restaurant "Le Chalet d'Odin", the Chef, Sébastien Lemmens (Delta de Bronze de la Gastronomie 2002), suggests a French innovative refined cuisine prepared from the best of fresh produce but also temporary culinary festivals and special events.
The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 12.00 h to 14.00 h and from 19.00 h to 22.00 h and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

The full American buffet breakfast is served in our restaurant.

For lunch or dinner up to 15 people you can reserve our private dining room "Le Fjord".

The Bristol Stephanie Hotel Brussels offers a large choice of conference and banqueting rooms of different sizes and capacities (from 2 to 400 people) and for all types of events with a full programme of meeting, banquet and cocktail packages, enhanced by the exquisite cuisine of our Chef, Sébastien Lemmens.
The conference and banqueting rooms are within easy access to the guests, as they are located on the ground floor of the hotel. They are furnished with up-to-date technical and audiovisual equipment. The hotel proposes high speed wireless Internet in all public areas and meeting rooms.

Information about seminars, banquets, receptions and cocktails can be provided on request.

The "Stefany's" bar is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and is open every day from 11.00 h to 01.00 o'clock in the morning. Light meals and snacks are also available for lunch or dinner. Guests are also welcome for tea time.

The fitness centre is open every day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption.

For guests there are 135 parking spaces in the underground garage, yet another advantage in a busy city.
